Horse-drawn Ride Policies

All experience bookings require a full deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Horse-drawn rides are provided by and benefit a local farm. We do not control the schedule, the weather, or other acts of nature!

However, if the farm needs to cancel, you will receive a refund for the ride portion of your experience.

Depending on how group rides fill up at your particular time, you may need to get a bit cozy, and some children or infants may be required to sit on an adult's lap. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the experience enjoyable for everyone.

Winter Rides (December – March)

You are reserving a horse-drawn ride. While using their sleigh is always the farm's first choice, they cannot control the weather or the conditions of the trail. The farm may use a wagon in suboptimal trail conditions, and refunds will not be provided if the farm has traveled to our property and is offering the horse-drawn ride you reserved. Rides will always be with real draft horses and jingling bells on our kerosene lantern-lit trails.
